Matrix FM App is an issue logging, tracking and communication platform that allows clients to log issues via a mobile app, including a linked web-portal.
This is exclusive to Matrix Consulting Services’ clients as part of the Matrix Facilities/Building Management offering.
Each issue will receive a unique reference number which is sent to the client, the FM/Building Manager on site and the Matrix office for tracking and action.
Clients are able to upload photos of issues and communicate directly with their FM/Building Manager through the Mobile App and Web-Portal.
The client is always kept up to date via email as to the progress of the issue, which is also stored in the issue thread.
Once completed, they will also receive confirmation thereof.
Other features such as the Emergency Alert allows clients to send an alert from the mobile app which is sent via an SMS to the facilities management team.
A detailed reports of all issues can also be made available to the client on all issues logged.
The mobile phone App has a user friendly interface which allows clients to easily report issues and keep track of issues.
The mobile app is available on Android and iOS.
The system has a built in push notification service, allowing the FM manager to send push messages directly to client’s mobile phones via the App.
